Update your existing account before anything else signs you in. If you can't get in or see a new empty account, stop and contact IT. Don't create another account.

1. Open Personal preferences.
2. Choose Account.
3. Change your login email to your new address, all lowercase.
4. Confirm using the email sent to your old address.

Change your existing login by Wednesday, October 21. Keep using your Procore password.

Don't accept an invitation sent to your new address first. It creates a second, empty account. Contact IT if you're unsure.

1. Sign in with your old address.
2. Click your initials.
3. Choose My Profile Settings.
4. Open the Login tab.
5. Enter your new address.
6. Enter your password.
7. Click Update.
8. Open the Personal tab.
9. Update Email to your new address.

Stop and contact IT. Don't create a new account, even if Adobe offers one.

These apps should work as before. If you get a no-access message:

1. Sign out.
2. Sign in with your new address.

If it still fails, contact IT. Don't create a new account.

1. Restart OASIS.
2. Open File.
3. Choose E-Mail Preferences.
4. Check the Connector setting.

If it says Microsoft Outlook on Windows, nothing else is needed here.

If it says SMTP or MAPI:

1. Set Email Address to your new address.
2. Update the Signature tab.

For Freshworks helpdesk, Countfire, Salesforce or another app: stop and contact IT. Don't create a new account or a new requester profile.

A duplicate account can separate you from your existing work.
