Outlook on iPhone

1. Sign in with your new address.
2. If prompts repeat, reset or re-add your Outlook account.
3. If they still repeat, check the Authenticator help.

Contact IT before removing your work account from Authenticator. Afterwards, this phone's Authenticator approvals and codes won't work until it's set up again. IT will help you do that.

1. Tap your profile picture in Outlook.
2. Tap Settings (the gear).
3. Tap your work account.
4. Tap Reset Account.
5. Wait for your mail to update.
6. If that fails, use Delete Account on the work account.
7. Add it again with your new address.

1. Install Microsoft Outlook from the App Store.
2. Open Outlook.
3. Tap Add Account.
4. Enter your new address.
5. Tap Continue.
6. Enter your usual password.
7. Approve the sign-in on your phone.
8. Follow any Company Portal or Authenticator prompts.

Want work contacts in the iPhone Contacts app?

1. Open Outlook's Settings.
2. Tap your work account.
3. Turn on Save Contacts.

The saved mailbox address may need updating. If you don't know its new address, contact IT.

1. Remove the shared mailbox from Outlook.
2. Choose Add Shared Mailbox.
3. Enter the mailbox's new @valuemultifamily.com address.

1. Wait 24 hours.
2. Restart Outlook.

If that doesn't help:

1. Open Outlook's Settings.
2. Select your work account.
3. Turn off Save Contacts.
4. Open the iPhone Contacts app.
5. Only if doubled contacts remain, go back to Outlook: Settings → Help & Feedback → Delete All Saved Contacts.
6. Turn Save Contacts back on for your work account.
7. Leave your phone open and plugged in.
