Your phone may still be using the saved old address. Replies to it still reach you.
My work calendar or contacts disappeared
- Fix your work mail account.
- Check that Calendars and Contacts are on when you add it.
- Open the Calendar app.
- Tap Calendars.

If items are missing after 30 minutes, check Outlook on the web. If they're there, your data is safe. Contact IT if items are still missing.
I see two work accounts or the old name
An old account name can just be a label.
- If one account doesn't work, remove that work account.
- To change the label, edit the account's Description.
