Outlook on Android

1. Sign in with your new address.
2. If prompts repeat, reset or re-add your Outlook account.
3. If they still repeat, check the Authenticator help.

Contact IT before removing your work account from Authenticator. Afterwards, this phone's Authenticator approvals and codes won't work until it's set up again. IT will help you do that.

1. Tap your profile picture in Outlook.
2. Tap Settings (the gear).
3. Tap your work account.
4. Tap Reset account.
5. Wait for your mail to update.
6. If it still fails, use Delete account on the work account.
7. Add it again using your new address.

1. Install Microsoft Outlook from Google Play.
2. Open Outlook.
3. Tap Add account.
4. Enter your new address.
5. Tap Continue.
6. Enter your usual password.
7. Approve the sign-in on your phone.
8. If asked, install Microsoft Authenticator or Company Portal.
9. Follow its prompts.

For a missing sign-in approval, start with Authenticator help.

If notifications are late, check the phone's battery settings. Menu names vary by phone; Samsung wording may differ.

1. Open Settings.
2. Open Apps.
3. Choose Outlook.
4. Open Battery.
5. Choose Unrestricted.
6. Do the same for Authenticator and Company Portal, if installed.

1. Open Outlook's Settings.
2. Choose your work account.
3. Turn contact sync off.
4. Turn contact sync back on.

If you don't know the shared mailbox's new address, contact IT.

1. Remove the shared mailbox from Outlook.
2. Choose Add Shared Mailbox.
3. Enter its new @valuemultifamily.com address.
